| 摘 要： | 高校"推优"工作是一项系统工程,要做好这项工作,各级党团组织必须共同提高思想认识,建立健全"推优"机制,齐抓共管.本文分析了以往"推优"工作中存在的一些不足,并根据工作经验,提出了一套完整的"推优"方案,这套方案实用性强、科学合理,很大程度上提高了"推优"结果的客现性和公正性.
