学术用户的数字信息需求研究

论述通过访谈法获取的高校学术用户对数字信息需求的新特点，从需求内容、需求满足方式与行为障碍、需求特征与需求心理三个方面进行阐述；基于作为网络信息资源深层组织模式的学科导航系统的需求满足现状的相关分析，指出学科导航系统建设应以用户需求为导向，并提出“用户中心模式”学科导航系统的新概念，同时对其必要性进行论述。

Study on the Demand of Digital Information of Academic Users

The new demand characteristic of digital information obtained through interview are explained from four major respects: the demand content, the manner of utilization and behavioral obstacle, the characteristic and the psychology of the demand, and the demand influence. Against the demand characteristic of these digital information, the current situation of the demand satisfaction for discipline navigation system is relevantly analysed. The author thinks that the navigate system should be users-oriented. The concept, the discipline navigation system of “model of user's center”, is put forward. Finally, its necessity is explained.
