非遗保护背景下的永康纸花工艺

目前，国内地方文化正借助非物质文化遗产申报的浪潮纷纷推出各自的特色文化，这一举措对保护中国传统文化的多样性起到了一定的作用。但作为市级非遗保护名录的浙江永康纸花从上世纪七八十年代的盛行到现今的逐步衰落的历程，印证了传统手工艺在全球化、现代化的冲击下似乎无法逃离即将凋零的命运。该论文通过对现存的方岩纸花工艺的田野调查，在非物质遗产保护的背景下阐释了方岩纸花的渊源、制作工艺和艰难的现状，面对目前政府零星的保护手段，探求如何采用有效的手段保护这一民俗手工艺的生命力。

Paper-flower Craft of Yongkang in the Context of the Intangible Heritage Protection

At present,local cultures promote their own unique cultures in a wave of declaration of intangible culture heritage protection,which plays a certain role in the protection of diversity of Chinese traditional culture.However,as a municipal heritage protection catalogue,paper flowers of Yongkang,Zhejiang,underwent a gradually fading process from the seventies or eighties in last century.It seemed to confirm that traditional handicraft is doomed to decline under the impact of globalization and modernization.By the fieldwork on the existing Fangyan paper-flower handcraft,this paper made an interpretation on the origin,production process and dilemma of Fangyan paper-flower craft in context of intangible cultural heritage protection,and explored how to adopt effective measures to protect the folk-custom handcraft,in the face of current fractional protection measures by government.
