| 摘 要： | 裁减军备是20世纪国际关系的重要内容。各国都把裁军,尤其是欧洲各主要国家的裁军看做是维护世界和平与安全的必要步骤,1932年世界裁军会议正是为了这个目的召开的。美国出于维持欧洲大陆力量均衡的考虑,采取了抑制法国、部分满足德国军备要求的策略。

| Abstract: | Disarmament is an important issue in international relationship in the 20~(th) century.Many countries,especially major European countries view disarmament as a necessary step to guard world's peace and security.For this purpose,World Disarmament Conference was held in 1932.To balance the European powers,America took the measure of restraining the French for the purpose of satisfying partly Germany's armament demand. |
