加强高校基层党建工作的几点思考

高校基层党建在新形势下取得长足发展，但仍存在一些问题，只有加强思想教育，注重对学生党员和积极分子的思想培养；与时俱进，建立一套科学合理的积极分子考核选拔制度；在组织发展中要坚持原则，严格程序，不搞突击发展；充分发挥学生党员的模范带头作用；加强组织生活多样性，吸引更多青年加入党组织等方面问题，才能使基层党建更有成效和更大发展。

Thoughts on Strengthening the Basic Level Work of the Party Construction in Higher Educational Institutions

The Party construction in higher educational institutions has achieved a lot in the new situation,but it still leaves much to be desired.On the condition that we solve the following problems:strengthening thinking education,especially paying much attention to the thinking of fostering student Party members and activists,constructing a scientific and rational system which is used to examine and select activists,adhering to principles and strict procedures instead of hasty actions in the development of organization,bringing the model effect of student Party members into full play,strengthening the variety of organization life to attract more youths to take part in the Party,will the basic level work of the Party construction be more effective and developed.
