蜜炼多补膏的扶正减毒作用研究

经测试,蜜炼多补膏给小鼠灌胃的最大耐受量为635.2g生药/kg.63.5,31.8,15.9 g生药/kg蜜炼多补膏可使放射治疗、化学治疗肿瘤小鼠白细胞数显著升高,对叫、鼠的免疫功能也有增加作用;可使脾虚证小鼠负荷游泳时间和耐高、低温时间显著延长,显示蜜炼多补膏有显著的扶正固本作用.蜜炼多补膏可使环磷酰胺引起的白细胞数减少得到回升,对阿霉素致死动物的死亡时间延长,死亡率减低,对阿霉素造成的心肌损伤有明显的对抗作用,显示蜜炼多补膏有明显的减毒作用.
