摘    要:隐性知识是形成创新意识的重要基础,是培养创新思维的关键因素;隐性知识显性化是创新实践的重要目标;提高研究生创新能力要重视隐性知识的获取;高校要从重视学术交流、改进教学方式、完善导师制、营造有利于隐性知识共享的文化氛围;等方面重视研究生隐性知识的获取。
