摘    要:以地球系统科学为代表的地学新思维与认知方法论和以数字地球为代表的地学新技术迅速改变了地球科学的内涵与外延,并对地学人才的知识结构与能力提出了新的要求,改革地质教育势在必行。改革地学教育需要从重构课程体系、改革课程考评方式、建设“双师型”教师队伍等方面人手;从学生意愿和潜质出发实施分类培养,控制办学规模以保证培养质量和毕业生的薪酬水平,积极争取产业部门和政府主管部门的支持。

Abstract:The new concept of geological thinking and cognitive methodology represented by the earth system and the new technology of earth science represented by the digital earth rapidly changed the connotation and denotation of earth sciences, and put forward the new requirements for talent's knowledge structure and ability. Geological education reform is imperative: reconstructing the curriculum system, changing the curriculum evaluation methods, building a double-qualified team of teachers. Taking into account the students' wishes and potential, we carry out category culture, control the size of school to ensure the quality of training and the salary level of graduates, and strive to get support form industry sectors and government departments.
