| 摘 要： | 以我国1978-2007年的宏观数据为基础,通过建立并估计检验包含人力资本与制度变迁的三个扩展C-D函数模型,分析了改革开放以来,人力资本与制度变迁对我国经济增长的影响,并计算了二者的贡献.研究发现,我国人力资本与制度变迁均具有外溢性的特点,而且人力资本的外溢性超过了制度变迁的外溢性;同时我们发现二者对经济增长的促进作用是非常明显的,并且制度变迁对我国1978年以来经济增长的贡献超过了人力资本,但是随着改革的不断深入,制度变迁对我国经济增长的贡献呈下降趋势.
