专题研讨法——校本培训的一种有效方式

摘    要:针对当前校本培训中存在的随意性比较大、缺乏针对性和实效性等问题,本文介绍了一种有效的校本培训方式——专题研讨法。文章以专题研讨“如何开展合作学习”为例,探讨了以教研组为单位开展专题研讨法的操作流程,旨在总结操作性比较强的专题研讨法,在求真务实的氛围中将校本培训落到实处。

Abstract:Aiming at some problems in the current school-based training,such as training randomly,lack of pertinence and actual effect etc.,the paper introduces an effective training mode named monographic study.Take"how to operate the cooperative learning" as an example,the paper discusses the whole process of the training mode in order to summarize an exercisable mode to implement the school-based training in an actual atmosphere.
