周恩来关于陕西经济和社会发展的思想

周恩来作为新中国最高行政长官 ,他日理万机 ,什么都得“管” ,什么都得“理” ,但他仍关心着、惦念着为中国革命做出重要贡献的陕西人民。建国后 ,他先后四次莅陕指导工作。周恩来对发展陕西经济和社会全面进步的有以下卓越思想 :加强经济建设是做好陕西工作的中心环节 ;发展陕西经济应当贯彻“三帮”方针 ;植树造林和发展多种经济是兴陕的方略 ;发扬延安精神 ,是加快陕西发展的特有条件 ;保护和利用文物是陕西经济发展的一大特色 ;改善党的领导和完善管理体制对陕西经济发展至关重要

Zhou Enlai's Thought About Shanxi's Social and Economic Development

As the supreme executive official of new China who was occupied with an ocean of state affairs, Zhou Enlai was still concerned with the people in Shaanxi who had made significant contributions to Chinese revolution.
