| 摘 要： | 评价教学效果，一直是教育评估研究的重要课题。常用的评估方法有计算平均值、加权平均、标准差等。但这些方法忽略了学生的基础差异。为了消除差异，本文运用了马尔可夫链分析法，利用学生学习的进步参数，使得对教学效果的评估更加合理客观。同时我们借助Excel建立了统计模板，使得实施该分析法更加地有效快捷。

| Abstract: | Teaching effect evaluation has been an important subject in education evaluation. Average value, weighted average value and standard deviation are usually computed to evaluate the effect, but＇these values do not reflect the difference in student＇s background. Markov chain was applied to remove the difference, making it more reasonable and objective to estimate teaching effect by students＇ advance parameters. Simultaneously, the statistic template was constructed in Excel to simplify and facilitate the analytic process. |
