环毛蚓再生能力的研究

摘    要:将环毛蚓从其特定部位剪切,得到有头无尾、无头无尾、无头有尾三种类型的18个处理体段.在20℃下恒温培养,观察其再生状况.结果表明:经过处理的蚯蚓体段在9d左右开始再生.不同体段的蚯蚓再生能力不同,有头无尾的体段再生速度比无头有尾体段的要快,即环毛蚓尾端的再生能力强,头端的再生能力较弱,而无头无尾的体段其头端和尾端都有再生能力。其尾端的再生速度高于头端.剪切后保留环毛蚓体段的多少对其存活率的影响很大,保留的体节数越多,环毛蚓体段的死亡率越低,两者之间呈正相关.

Abstract:The earthworms, Pheretima, were transected at special segments to get three types, that is, anterior segments, medial segments and posterior segments, including 18 amputation treatments, These segments were cultured at a constant temperature of 20℃. The result indicated that regenerative phenomena were observed after 7~9 days, The regeneration speed of these segments varied with different treating methods. The regeneration speeds of posterior segments were faster than anterior segments. The medial segments started regenerating from both anterior and posterior of the body, but the regeneration of posterior segmental regeneration was faster than that of anterior segments. A positive relation was found between survival rate and the number of the segments after amputation.
