| 摘 要： | 西部民族地区经济发展落后，在分析了目前西部民族地区图书馆的数字信息服务的现状，以及西部民族地区图书馆开展数字信息服务的基础上，提出了西部民族地区以用户为中心的服务模式、以实用为中心的资源建设模式、构建开放式网络信息交流中心体系的数字信息服务模式。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the present condition and sustentation of digital information service of libraries in Western minority regions. Lastly, this article puts forward the suggestions as follows: to construct the service mode with consumer centered, to construct resource construction mode with practicality centered, and to construct digital information service mode with opening web information communication centre system. |
