| 摘 要： | 通过对中美两国高等学校高水平运动队外部领导和内部管理体制的比较研究，得出两国在外部领导和内部管理体制上，有较强的互补性。在继承与创新、借鉴与扬弃中，为建立有中国特色的高校高水平竞技体系，为健全和完善我国高校高水平运动队竞赛制度，尽快与国际接轨，为建立和健全各种法规制度，做到有法可依，为提高我国高校高水平运动队社会化程度，为我国高校体育改革和我国高等学校竞技体育的发展提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, by comparison and study of the excellent teams of colleges and universities betweenChina and the United States,it can be concluded that there are many mutual supplement in respect of systemof external leadership and internal management, during the course of inheritance and innovation, some theoretical foundations are given here that set up a system of a high level competition with chinese character, tostrengthen and perfect necessary rules and regulations that can soon be identical with international rules, toimprove the degree of socialization of excellent teams in China's colleges and universitites, to reform and develop the physical education and competitive sport. |
