PDCA循环方法在中职课程设置中的运用

摘    要:社会经济的发展、职业教育改革对中等职业教育课程设置提出了新要求.针对课程开发中存在的一系列问题,可借用PDCA循环理论对中职课程设置进行指导,从课程编制阶段重实际、执行阶段重实效、评价阶段重发展、改革阶段重经验4个连续的环节入手,优化职教课程体系.

Abstract:The development of society and economy and the reform of vocational education have put forward new requirements to the curriculum provision of the secondary vocational education.According to problems existing in curriculum development,the author suggests that the PDCA theory can be adopted to instruct curriculum provision of the secondary vocational education, and advises to optimize curriculum systems from four aspects.
