| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育目前面临着这样一些问题:生源出现了严重危机;成人高等教育的定位不够明晰,非学历教育尚未引起普遍的重视;社会信誉度有所下降。因此,成人高等教育要想健康有序地发展,需要采取以下的发展对策:更新观念、转变职能、调整结构、改革创新、增强活力。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the reasons for the decline in the enrollment sources of adult education:a serious crisis in the students' sources;the positioning of adult education lacks enough clarity;non-academic education has notyet attracted widespread attention;social reputation has declined to some extent.Therefore,if adult education wants the healthy and orderly development,the following measures should be taken:updating concepts,changing functions,adjusting structures,reforming and innovation and enhancing vitality. |
