| 摘 要： | 平衡现行与创新型两种实践教学体系对于培养出＂高素质、强能力、实用型＂人才非常十分重要。本文提出以本科生导师制为基础,改革普通高校实践教学模式,搭建创新型人才培养实践教学体系,并且对该模式与现行实践教学体系的融合问题及应对措施进行探讨,提出完善的创新型实践教学体系运行质量评价方案。
