| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献计量学方法,从论文发表年限、来源期刊、著作单位、主题几个方面对我国近10年来虚拟咨询相关领域的文献进行统计分析,以期了解目前我国图书馆虚拟咨询的研究现状,为相关的研究和进一步的实践提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | In order to study the status and trends of Virtual Reference Services in China,based on the Chinese Journal Full-Text Database(CJFD)of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),using bibliometric and statistics methods,this article made an analysis on research of Virtual Reference Services,including annual,periodical,author' department and theme.The author expected to provide some theoretical and practical references for virtual reference services in China. |
