特色战略--大学竞争的基本战略

摘    要:伴随着高等教育国际化、大众化、市场化和经济全球化、技术信息化,大学之间的竞争日趋激烈。目前,大学之间的竞争已呈现出对手增多、强度加大、自主性增强、领域扩展等态势。在这种竞争激烈的环境中,为赢得竞争优势,以求生存和发展,大学必须重视竞争战略的规划和实施。大学特色战略方向从大学承担社会功能的角度可划分为育人特色、科研特色、服务特色,从大学的组织运行角度可划分为定位特色、学科特色、文化特色、地域特色。

Abstract:Competition between universities is getting increasingly intense with the internationalization, popularization, economic globalization and informationization of higher education. At present, such competition is marked with more rivals, greater intensity and autonomy, and in more areas. In order to survive and develop in such an environment, universities should pay enough attention to the planning and implementation of competitive strategies. The special feature strategy for universities can be functionally classified into the feature of teaching, feature of research and feature of services; and technically classified into feature of positioning, feature of disciplines, cultural feature and regional feature.
