| Abstract: | In recent years, We have made a big progress in our electronic publication industry, which is becoming a new economic growing point of computer and publishing industry. In this paper, a brief introduction of our managuement policy, technical properties and kinds of electronic publication is given. Some tentative ideas about its further development is presented, too. |
