| 摘 要： | 公文语言是国家实施行政主张,履行国家管理职能的载体。公文语言受制于公文性质、内容、功能,因而与文学语言迥异,具有准确性、简明性、平实性、庄重性的鲜明特点。

| Abstract: | The language of official documents is a carrier of representing a government's opinions,performing the functions of governmental management.Therefore,it has a legal authority.As the language of official documents is restrained by the quality,the content and the function of the documents,it is quite different from the language of literature.For this reason,documental language has the characteristics of precision,simplicity,plainness and seriousness. |
