| 摘 要： | 随着我国对外经贸往来的频繁和多样化，洗钱犯罪的方式方法呈现出新特点，严重地威胁我国的经济安全和金融体制的稳定。加入WTO后，我国洗钱犯罪的发展也出现新的趋势。为有效遏制、打击洗钱犯罪，在分析目前洗钱犯罪分子洗钱方式及洗钱犯罪现状的基础上，研究提出了防治洗钱犯罪的对策。 |

| Abstract: | With the frequency and diversification of foreign exchange on economy and trade, the ways of money laundering take on mew characteristics. This seriously threats our national economic security and the stability of financial system. After re - entering the WTO, the ways of money laundering in our country also turn to new tendency. Based on analysis of current situation of money laundering and the methods that offenders take, this essay will put forward the precaution and countermeasure of money laundering, so as to effectinely curb money laundering. |
