高职院校学生班级量化管理指标体系研究

为实现学生班级量化管理，应有一套反映学生整体特征的评价指标体系，并从高职院校的特殊要求出发，给各特征指标赋予便于量化考核的数值。同时，为对量化管理进行准确评估，还应将“协方差分析、方差分析、主成分分析、典型相关分析、因子分析、回归分析”等数学方法引入学生动态发展分析研究，建立学生班级动态发展监控数学模型。
