| Abstract: | By investigating and analyzing the authorized dissertations of 54 universities,the author summarizes the problems in protecting the copyright of dissertations in China at present.As the USA has mature experiences in developing and utilizing dissertations,we may absorb their quintessence to remove the obstacles in the development and utilization of dissertations. |
