我国工读教育困境的原因分析

摘    要:工读教育在我国创制以来,对行为偏常、有轻微违法行为的青少年的教育挽救成功率一般在85%以上,对预防青少年犯罪发挥过重要作用,成为预防青少年犯罪的最后一道防线。但是进入新时期以来,工读教育面临着严重危机。实地调研和对相关统计资料分析表明,这种危机的出现有经济学的原因,立法因素,社会学因素,以及工读学校自身局限性的原因。

Abstract:The success rate of reform education in saving young people with abnormal behaviors and slight illegal activities is generally above 85% since its founding in our country.It used to play an important role and was the last defense line in preventing juvenile delinquency.However,reform education has been facing serious crisis since the new era.The results of on-the-spot investigation and analysis of related statistics show that the occurrence of the crisis lies in the influence of economy,legislation,society and limitations of reform schools themselves as well.
