打造企业化班级 提升学生职业能力——以旅游管理专业为例的企业化班级文化建设实践探索

校园文化是学校社会主义精神文明的重要组成部分和重要载体，作为学校校园文化建设的重要组成部分的班级文化，不但能有效地调动学生的学习与实践的积极性，更重要的是能提升学生的职业能力，塑造出积极向上的班级精神，对学生的成长发挥着重要的影响作用，为提升在校旅游专业学生的职业能力与素质，为顺利就业做好铺垫。同时应积极推动和谐校园文化的构建。在此以旅游管理专业为例从理论策划和实践操作两个层面就如何进行企业化班级文化建设进行探讨。

Building Enterprise Class and Promoting Students＇ Vocational Ability

The Campus culture is an important part of socialist spiritual civilization and the important carrier, as an important part of the school campus culture construction, the class culture can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of students＇ learning and practice, the more important is to enhance students＇ professional ability, create a positive class spirit, play an important role for the growth of students, and all these is helpful to promote tourism major students professional ability and quality for the smooth employment. At the same time, it should actively promote the construction of a harmonious campus culture. Taking the tourism management major as an example, the paper explores how to implement enterprise class culture construction from two aspects： theory planning and practical operation.
