山东聊城作为历史文化名城，其人文精神镌刻着江北水城的文化底蕴和精神品格，弘扬这种人文精神是聊城实现跨越发展的必然选择。以研究聊城人文精神与城市发展的辩证逻辑关系为切入点，在对我市人文精神建设现状调查与思考的基础上，正视我市人文精神建设方面存在的问题，并探寻到解决的可行性方案。

To Reveal the Charm of the City by Carrying Forward the Humanistic Spirit ---Taking Shandong Liaocheng for an Example

Liaocheng is a famous historical and cultural city, and its the humanistic spirit has the culture and spirit character of jiangbei shuicheng, so carrying forward it is a necessary choice for Liaocheng to realize leaping develop- ment. Taking the dialectical logic relations of Liaocheng humanistic spirit and the city development as cut - in point, based on the survey and thinking of current situation of the humanities spirit construction, this paper tries to face up to our city problems existing in the construction of humanistic spirit and explore the feasibility of solution.
