| Abstract: | This paper probes into the situation of the source of contributions of technical jour- nals in the newly-built universities. The causes of the formation of this situation are then in- vestigated. Finally, it advances the strategies for the problem of inadequate contributions so as to promote the quality of the technical journals. |
