| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the social security in urban-rural fringe and problems and its reasons.Result shows that expanding the coverage of social security programs,increasing the financial input,protecting the legitimate rights of the land-losing farmers,improving the social security level of the floating population,and raising the scientificalness and rationality of the social security policies. |
