The Prospect of the Application of Differential Proteomics in Kinesiology

Differential proteomics is a major research area in proteomics area at present,which is mainly aimed at detecting and confirming the different proteins caused by special meaningful stimulation between two groups of samples.By analysis of the difference between samples,the progress and nature of the physiological and pathological state of cells,their way of response to the external world's stimulation and their mechanism of adjustment can be revealed,while the determination and functional analysis of some key proteins can be obtained.It is of practical significance for seeking meaningful biological symbols and determining the access of signals transferred.This article has described the concept,research contents,techniques and progress of differential proteomics,and discussed its prospect of application in the area of kinesiology.
