| 摘 要： | 对根尖诱导形成术,人们作了许多研究,但至今诱导根尖形成的确切机理还不清楚。诱导根尖形成的药物种类各异,有氢氧化钙、抗生素、磷酸钙生物陶瓷,鉴于氢氧化钙应用的局限性和抗生素应用的效果,目前认为诱导根尖形成的前提是炎症的消除,其治疗关键在于控制感染。

| Abstract: | Much research has been undertaken on apexification,but the exact mechanism of apexification is not yet very well known so far.The medicine used in apexification is various.Roughly speaking,these medicines fall into three categories: calcium hydroxide,antibiotics and calcium phosphate biology ceramics.In view of the limitation of using calcium hydroxide and the effect of using antibiotics,the premise of success in apexification is eliminating inflammation and the key to the treatment is controlling infection. |
