摘    要:全纳教育是21世纪世界教育及特殊教育的重大发展趋势。本文从时代特征和文本释义的角度对这种趋势产生的必然性和全纳教育的内涵、特点作出新的分析与解读,目的是要从中得到有益于我国教育及特殊教育发展的启示。

Abstract:Inclusive education is the tendency of the important development of the world education and special education in the 21th century. From the perspective of times features and text explanations, the new analysis and explanation on the inevitability of this tendency and inclusive educational conception and features are made to enlighten the development of Chinese education and special education.
