| 摘 要： | 群体氛围对正性群体文化的形成有着重要作用。成人高校群体可分为正式群体、非正式群体、中间群体。中间群体以师生互动和人际网络为主要表现形式。分析中间群体的价值取向、主要特征,对构建良好的成人高校校园文化氛围中有着积极作用。

| Abstract: | Group atmosphere is of great importance to the formation of the positive group culture.The groups of people in the adult higher schools are divisible into three groups: formal group,informal group,and middle group.The middle group is characterized by the interactions between teachers and students and by the inter-person relations.It plays a positive role to analyze the value trend of the middle group and its main characteristics for constructing a pleasant campus atmosphere of the adult higher schools. |
