改革工程教育培育创新人才

文章从厘清工程、工程师的现代内涵出发,分析了中国工程教育的现状,特别是分析了工科院校体制和定位、工科教师职责、教学大纲和教材等方面存在的问题;从桥梁工程创新、先进装备对工程质量的保障作用以及桥梁工程的审美价值等方面,探讨了现代桥梁工程教育的理念;认为,中国强国之关键在于自主创新,为此要有国际视野,站在巨人肩上,企业应建立一支高水平的能从事技术创新的研发队伍;文章最后就桥梁工程教育改革提出建议,加强桥梁技术发展史的教育,加强创新理念和方法的教育,加强国际化的教育,加强理论与实践相结合的教育.

Reform of Engineering Educatin and Cultivation of Innovative Talents

The paper has conducted an analysis on the status quo of Chinese engineering education, especially the existing problems in its system, positioning, duty of teachers, syllabus and textbooks. From the perspective of innovation in bridge project, the guarantee of project quality from advanced equipment, as well as appreciation of the beauty in bridge project, this paper has probed into the concept of modem bridge engineering education. It also suggests that the key for a powerful China lies in self innovation. Therefore, standing on the shoulder of giants, an enterprise should build a team of research aiming at technological innovation. Finally, the paper has put forward some suggestions on the reform of bridge engineering education.
