| 摘 要： | 解决“三农”问题是全面建设小康社会的关键。农民素质对解决“三农”问题影响很大。推进“三农”问题解决的各项措施的有效落实,都需要农民具有较高的科学文化素质去支撑。我国农民素质较低,提高的措施主要是加强基础教育、开展职业技术教育、发展各级各类成人教育等。

| Abstract: | The settlement of the issue concerning peasants,agriculture and countryside is the key to the all-sided construction of a well-off society.Peasants' quality hsa a great influence on it.The effective enforcement of all the measures aiming to push the settlement of this issue needs the support of peasant having higher scientific and cultural quality.The quality of the peasants of china is quite low.The measures to improve their quality are mainly reinforce elementary education,developing cocational and technical education and all sorts of adult education. |
