重庆市国有企业党组织参与企业重大问题决策研究

企业经济成分、组织形式和利益关系的多样化，给企业党组织参与企业重大问题决策的传统思维方式和行为方式带来了一些新的挑战。当前重庆市国有企业党组织参与企业重大问题决策存在一些困难和问题，必须采取切实措施，加大其参与企业重大问题决策的力度，充分体现党对国有企业的领导权，确保党组织在企业中的政治核心作用。

A Survey of Enterprise Policy Decisions of Major Matters Made by Chongqing SOE Party Organizations

Diversity of economic elements forms of organization and interest in enterprises challenges the basic party organizations, with a traditional way of thinking and acting, involved in decisions of major matters of the enterprises. At present, in the aspect, the SOE party organizations of Chongqing have some problems and difficulties that require effective measures of improving the resolution so as to fully show the leadership of SOE and to guarantee the their political core function.
