| Abstract: | Along the line of south-to-north water diversion project,it is necessary to stregthen the function of cities,perfect the town system,form the urban line of co-complement of urban and rural places,develop the leading action of Beijing city,make the outstanding position of Tianjin city,adhere to the big-middle-small works be co-carried out and put the establishment of township into the region economy big system,so as to realize the harmonious development of local areas. |
