| 摘 要： | 民办高校构建和谐校园，同提升领导班子治校能力有着密切联系。当前，民办高校要提高领导班子治技能力，其核心就是坚持和完善董事会领导下的校长负责制，努力提高依法治校能力、团结协作能力、驾驭改革发展能力、处理突发事件的能力、促进公平正艾的能力。

| Abstract: | The harmonious campus building of civilian-run colleges and universities by improving the leading group's management ability is closely tied up with the improvement of the leading group's ability for management.At present,the core of the improvement of the leading group's ability for management lies in adhering to and perfecting the headmaster responsibility system under the leadership of the board directors,making great efforts to improve the leading group's ability for running schools according to laws,uniting and cooperating,managing reform and development,handling incidence and promoting fairness and justice. |
