| Abstract: | At present,the speed of the globalization of the world economy is much faster than that we imagine,and the foreign-related civil and business laws are also developing day by day.So,the theoretic and real studies of various systems with regard to international private laws are also raised to still higher level;the maintenance of public order system is one of them that removes and restricts the application of foreign laws. |
