| Abstract: | The emergence of independent college proves the action of the 'edge effect' in the higher education system.In order to enlarge the 'real ecological position',the independent college should be different from the regular education and the vocational education,locate itself on teaching work and set itself on serving the society.It is the future developing subject to break through the 'flower basin effects'. |
