摘    要:参考国内外的相关文献,阐述电-机械延迟与肌纤维类型、运动疲劳、年龄性别、遗传及环境、肌肉本身状态等关系的研究现状和未来研究趋势.探讨把电—机械延迟运用到实践中,评定运动能力和作为早期运动选材的可靠指标.

Abstract:This paper uses the relevant literature at home and abroad to clarify the research Condition and trends of the relationships between electromechanical delay and muscle fibre types, sports fatigue, age, gender, genetics, environment and muscle itself. The paper also explores how to use electromechanical delay to evaluate the early sports selection and motor ability.
