| Abstract: | This paper uses the relevant literature at home and abroad to clarify the research Condition and trends of the relationships between electromechanical delay and muscle fibre types, sports fatigue, age, gender, genetics, environment and muscle itself. The paper also explores how to use electromechanical delay to evaluate the early sports selection and motor ability. |
