| 摘 要： | 防水是综合性、实用性很强的系统工程，对建筑工程的使用功能起着至关重要的作用。本文从防水工程管理程序、施工组织、施工技术及防水材料等方面论述了建筑防水的质量控制体系，特别是对具体施工中存在的问题进行了分析，对防水材料的种类及性能进行了汇总。
