| 摘 要： | 辅导员、班主任始终是高校思想政治教育的主要力量,各高校也都采取多种措施加强队伍建设,取得了一定的成效。但也存在职责界定模糊、运行机制单一、职业后继乏力等问题,试图提出一种新的辅导员、班主任相结合的工作模式,以期有效解决当前遇到的学生管理力量不足的问题。

| Abstract: | Counselors and head-teachers of classes,are the main force in the ideological education in college.To strengthen the building of this rank,universities and colleges have adopted various measures and received some achievements.However,the problems of vaguely defined responsibilities,dull operational mechanism,and lack of successors remain unsolved.This paper aims to present a new work pattern,a cooperation approach between the counselors and head-teachers,to make up for the power shortage of this staff and fulfill an effective management of students. |
