| 摘 要： | 药品价格虚高的法律治理的总目标是降低药价,提高公民的健康水平,具体法律措施是:加大公立医院的投入,维护医疗卫生事业的公益性;实行医药分业;完善信息公开制度;扩大医疗保险的范围;实行医药代表的管理、监督制度。

| Abstract: | The altimate goal of the law treatment of the high price of medicine is to reduce the medicine price and improve citizens' health standard.Relevant measures are: increasing public health investment;maintaining the public health welfare;making the system of the medicine being independent from hospitals;improving information publication system;implementing the supervision system of medicine representatives. |
