| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生思想政治教育工作,面临许多新情况、新问题,解决这些问题要确立以人为本的思想政治教育工作原则,遵循共性与个性相统一的规律,增强思想政治教育工作的针对性;重视思想政治教育工作的阶段性和连续性,注意不断地发展创新;重视思想政治教育工作的系统性,构建全员、全程、全方位育人的新格局;注重情与理的有机结合,增强思想政治教育工作的实效性.

| Abstract: | Nowadays,ideological education in technical institutes is facing many new problems.In order to solve the problems,some measures should be taken that is, establishing the principle of considering people as the first priority in the ideological work ;adhering to the rule of the combination of individuality and generality;paying much attention to its pertinency,continuity,schematism and actual effect;forming an omnidirectional new structure to bring up the students by way of innovation and skillfully putting sentiment and principles together . |
