我国转型期社会群体中的非正式行为规则分析

人类的行为规则既受历史传承的影响，又决定于其所处的特定社会务件。在我国转型期，急需建立起一整套合理的行为规则来对社会秩序进行有效调整，进而在社会群体中形成科学的交往理性。但因转型期错综复杂的社会现象交织，在人们的社会交往中存在着大量有悖于民主法治建设理念的非正式行为规则，既折射出诸多社会问题亦消解着社会的正式制度。只有体制改革、法治规约、化建设并重，才能标本兼治，促进社会的全面发展。

On Unofficial Codes of Social Groups in Our Country''''s Present Transitional Period

Conduct codes are influenced by tradition and determined by social conditions.In the present transitional period, it is urgent to build up a set of codes to regulate the social order so that a scientific contact-reason would be formed among the social groups. Because of the complex social situation during the transitional period, there are many unofficial conduct codes which are against construction of a democratic society ruled by law.They not only reveal many problems in society but also sabotage the official social system.So we must combine system reform with law rule and cultural construction together to promote an all-round development of our society.
