善用身边教育资源 铸造特校教师师魂——特殊学校教师队伍建设的实践与思考

摘    要:爱学生是提升教师师德修养的主旋律。我校善用学校身边的教育资源,采取大爱文化塑造教师师魂的治校策略,以残疾学生致残的辛酸历史,唤起教师的同情心;以残疾学生残而有为的客观事例,锻造教师的宽容心;以社会各界热心助残的慈善义举,激发教师的奉献心;以社会发展对残疾人的新要求,增强教师的责任心,有效提升了教师的师德修养,有力促进了办学水平和学校声誉的提高。

Abstract:Loving students can promote a teacher's moral and accomplishment.Educational resources around the school are used,such as,philanthropy,causes making students handicapped,successful examples of the disabled,charity for the disable and so on,to forge the soul of teachers,arouse sympathy and patience of teachers and help to make their devotion.According to the new requirements of social development,teachers' responsibility for the disabled should be strengthened to promote their moral and accomplishments effectively and also forcefully improve the fame and management of schools.
