| 摘 要： | 高职新生尽快适应校园生活对其心理发展、心理健康、人格塑造都具有重要意义。以随机分层取样的方式进行大学生心理健康调查问卷（UPI）和大学生适应性量表（CSAI）的科学测量手段，揭示其存在的心理问题，提出增强学生心理适应性的教育指导对策，即积极发挥辅导员的作用，开展学生心理健康教育宣传，构建并完善三级心理健康教育网络，团体心理辅导，加强心理咨询工作。
