累积运动对肥胖大鼠糖脂代谢和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的影响*

摘    要:目的:探讨累积运动与持续运动对肥胖大鼠糖脂代谢和MCP-1的影响。方法:普通体重大鼠为对照组(C,n=6),肥胖大鼠分为:安静组(S,n=8)、持续运动组(E,n=8)、中强度累积运动组(MAE,n=8)、高强度累积运动组(HAE,n=8)。运动组进行8周跑台训练(0?,5d/W)。E组跑速20m/min~25m/min,60min/次,1次/d。MAE组跑速与E组相同,12min/次,5次/d,间歇60min;HAE组跑速40m/min~42m/min,6min/次,5次/d,间歇60min。8周后,测内脏脂肪湿重,行糖耐量实验,ELISA法测血清胰岛素、FFA和MCP-1。结果:(1)运动组的内脏脂肪体重比低于C组和S组(P<0.05)。(2)HAE组灌胃后120min的血糖值低于S组和E组(P<0.05)。(3)运动组的ISI高于C组(P<0.01);运动组的胰岛素和HOMA-IR低于S组而ISI较高(P<0.01);HAE组的胰岛素和HOMA-IR低于E组与MAE组而ISI均较高(P<0.05)。(4)运动组的FFA和MCP-1较C组与S组下降(P<0.05);累积运动组的MCP-1低于E组(P<0.05)。结论:累积运动和持续运动均可减少肥胖大鼠内脏脂肪,改善其糖脂代谢,提高胰岛素敏感性和纠正慢性炎性状态。持续运动降低内脏脂肪和FFA的效果更好;而累积运动改善血糖调节,提高胰岛素敏感性,减轻机体慢性炎性状态的效果更好。

The Effects of Accumulated Exercise on Glucolipid Metabolism and Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1 in Obese Rats

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of accumulated exercise and sustained exercise on glycolipid metabolism and MCP-1 in obese rats. Methods: Normal weight rats were the control group (C, n=6), and obese rats were divided into the sedentary group (S, n=8), the sustained exercise group (E, n=8), the moderate intensity accumulated exercise group (MAE, n=8), and the high intensity accumulated exercise group (HAE, n=8).The exercise groups were performed treadmill training for 8 weeks(0?, 5d/W). The running speed of group E was 20m/min~25m/min, 60min/time, qd.The running speed of group MAE was the same as that of group E (12min/time, 5times/day, interval 60min).The running speed of group HAE was 40m/min~42m/min, 6min/time, 5times/d, interval 60min. After 8 weeks, the wet weight of visceral fat was measured, and the glucose tolerance test was performed. Serum insulin, FFA and MCP-1 were measured by ELISA. Results :(1) The visceral fat weight ratio of the exercise groups were lower than that of group C and group S (P<0.05). (2) The blood glucose level of group HAE was lower than that of group S and E group at 120min after gavage (P<0.05). (3)The ISI of the exercise groups were higher than that of the group C (P<0.01).The insulin and HOMA-IR in the exercise groups were lower than those in the group S but ISI were higher (P<0.01).The insulin and HOMA-IR in group HAE were lower than those in group E and group MAE but ISI wree higher(P<0.05). (4) The FFA and MCP-1 of the exercise groups were lower than those of group C and group S (P<0.05).The MCP-1 of the accumulated exercise group was lower than that of the group E (P<0.05).Conclusion: Both of accumulated exercise and sustained exercise can reduce visceral fat, improve glycolipid metabolism, improve insulin sensitivity and correct chronic inflammatory state in obese rats.Sustained exercise is better at reducing visceral fat and FFA; Accumulated exercise is better at improving blood glucose regulation, insulin sensitivity and chronic inflammatory state.
